With all our food, we use the best quality Irish ingredients supporting small Irish producers. Our salami comes from Gubeen in West Cork where the pigs are fed the whey that is left over from their cheese making. All the cheeses used on the menu are from small Irish farmhouse producers. Our organic vegetables are grown on McNally Farm in North County Dublin.
All of our breads and cakes are handmade without preservatives using real butter and free range eggs.
All of the oils used in our cooking are natural plant oils.
We do not microwave of freeze anything.
