and using this website you agree that you have read, understood and accept these

In using this website, including all materials available through it, you represent,
warrant and agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise
cause harm to, the website, materials, system resources, servers, or networks connected
to or accessible through the site or any affiliated or linked websites; not to upload,
post or otherwise transmit through the website any viruses or other harmful, disruptive
or destructive files; not to provide any false personal information; not to intentionally
or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international
law, or any regulations having the force of law; and to indemnify us in respect
of any and all claims brought by a third party against us arising out of or in connection
with a breach of any of the foregoing.
All the prices on our website are in Euro.
We must receive payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted
by sending an automatic email at the address you provided by you. If you choose
to collect items in store your order is not accepted by us until we have received
payment in store. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding
contract between us.
Items to be delivered within Ireland are sent using overnight couriers. Please call
us on + 353 1 4789394 if you are experiencing any delays with your order. The cost
of delivery within Ireland is €3.75 for one item €6.75 for any other number of items.
Delivery may take longer during particularly busy times.
Outside of Ireland items are sent by the Irish postal system, An Post. The cost
is €6.25 for one item €12.25 for any other number. Delivery may take longer during
particularly busy times.
Contact details Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone
number when you order as we will use these details to contact you should there be
any issues with your order.
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of recieving your order Monday to Friday.
Weekends and bank holidays will be slower. If for some reason an item is out of
stock will will email you immediately.
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer
in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive.
You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended
As so many of our items are gifts we do not put price tags on anything.
At The Cake Café we try to use the minimum of packaging and we recycling everything
that we can.
Cancellation and returns
Changing your mind:
You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments
made to us will be refunded in full ASAP, but definitely within 28 days. If you
cancel an order that has already been shipped you may still cancel your order but
you will need to cover the cost of returning it to us.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other
than a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling
off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the
order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us in its original packaging
and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery fee). You must inform us of your
intention to return the product by e-mail to email@example.com within 7 days of
making your order and must return the product to us within 28 days of delivery.
If you have placed a special order with us, which will be clearly indicated on the
website, then the items are being made specifically for you. These are non-refundable
/ non-returnable. Of course, we aim to be reasonable, so please get in touch if
you have any issues.

We aim to give you accurate descriptions of all our goods, but in the event of it
not being what you expected we'll be happy for you to return the items and give
you a full refund. Due to the nature of digital reproduction and screen calibration
we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour depictions of our items. Please feel
